Putting something on your to-do list is not enough; you need to move it to your must do list otherwise it might never happen. 💭 . What do I mean by this? Well, a while ago now I wrote a blog post with 5 tips to a successful morning routine. Things like don't snooze your alarm or make your bed as soon as you get up... Nothing revolutionary! And all of those tips really do work and did work for me for a very long time. But as soon as as getting up up early and maintaining a structured morning routine isn't a priority and slips from the must do list to the to-do list, these tips won't work anymore. ⏰ . This isn't me saying that a morning routine is essential I'm merely using it as an example to illustrate my point. You make time in life for things you prioritise. You make time for your 'must dos' so, at some point today make a list of all the things that you need to do right down to brushing your teeth and having a shower. Then highlight your must do list. These are your priorities and focus. And if you truly care about something like eating well or exercise then move it over to your must do list! 📝
