Full body Dumbbell/body weight workout😎😎
Warm up: 3 sets: you don’t have to have a band to do this!
🔆Banded squats: 12 reps
🔆Banded leg raises to front and side: 12 reps per leg
🔆Banded walks 6 times( 4 steps each way)
￼Superset 1⤵️ 40 secs on 20 secs rest: repeat 4x through
🔆 Banded goblet squats
🔆 Good mornings w/db
🔆 Deadlifts w/heavier db
🔆 Forward lunges first 2 sets; reverse lunges last 2 sets
⁃ rest a min between sets!!
Superset 2⤵️ repeat 3x through
🔆 10 water bottle squat thrusters
🔆 10 jump squats w/ water bottle
🔆 10 burpees (slowish)
🔆 10 shoulder walk outs into a push up (do on your knees if need be)
⁃ rest 1-2 mins after each set!
