Can anyone relate to wanting to make a change, but not having the time to research which is best of the million programs that are out there? 🙋‍♀️ Are ok with putting in a little effort for meal planning, but not willing to give up your entire Sunday? 🙋‍♀️ Didn’t want to do something extreme to get it off, but wanted to make sure it would be doable for a lifetime and STAY off! 🙋‍♀️ Have tried all the trends and fads but nothing seemed to stick and be doable for the long haul! 🙋‍♀️ Well I feel ya and I was in the same boat a year and a half ago!
