Hey guys! Steve here to explain the joke. So basically, there has been massive amounts of memes floating around involving the "will you press this button?" questions, where you have to make a choice whether or not to take up something that has a positive and a negative side, with the memes usually pointing out that the negative side isn't at all that bad, sometimes even beneficial given the circumstance. In this case, we are presented with an option where you are getting a substantial amount of money, but your dad must get half of it. Most people would obviously "press the button", as you and one of your parents have a choice to be financially secure for years to come. However, in this meme, it is ironically pointed out that if someone happens to have 2 dads, they will get nothing, as one would get half, and the second one would get the rest, since 50% + 50% = 100%. This would make you disappointed as you get nothing. However, if you are an orphan, the downsides are completely negated. Because orphans don’t have parents, it means they won’t have to give a specified share to their dads, allowing them to leave with all the money initially given.
