HEALTHIER PB CUPS WITH FRESH RASPBERRIES
happy sunday friends!! i have the perfect sunday treat for you! these peanut butter cups are so tasty, and perfect for summer. plus they are much healthier than the store bought ones!
i used semi-sweet chocolate for these, but you can use whatever your fav chocolate is!! here is how i made mine!
- semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- coconut oil
- peanut butter
- fresh raspberries
melt the chocolate with a spoonful of coconut oil for about a minute, stirring every 20 seconds or so. pour the chocolate into a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners (haha what are those things called??). each one should have just enough chocolate to cover the bottom. put them in the freezer for 10 min.
while they are chilling, mash fresh raspberries in a bowl. take them out of the freezer and scoop a spoonful of peanut butter onto each one and spread it out. then put a spoonful of raspberries on top of the peanut butter. finished each one by pouring just enough chocolate until all the pb and raspberries are covered. put in the freezer for another 10 min, until the chocolate has set.
that’s it! these pb cups are so easy to make and so tasty!!

Finally family united
: I wanted this moment to be perfect for my family. but......ㅋㅋ
I cannot manage to take one photo of 4 dishes on the table. Even though my parents gladly agreed to wait for photo, foods were served one by one.
So my father stirred his noddle then, my mother followed.( That is first video) then... I finally took the photos of two dishes.. 🤣( the process wasn’t easy..you can see it on my photos)
Food is Kalguksu,Janchi(banquet) noodle & pajeon with local Makgeolli 😋
