After my last show, I was considering downsizing. I wasn’t sure about the decision since I have spent the last few years trying to get bigger, bigger, bigger. I wasn’t even sure how I was going to execute the plan since I didn’t want to give up heavy lifting. 2020 came around, thrown in with a divorce and a pandemic. The downsize decision wasn’t a decision any more, it just happened 🤷🏻♀️. I am 20lbs lighter than I was last off season which means less muscle mass, but the good news is, less bodyweight to weigh me down in pull ups 😂😂. Either way, I’m happy to be back in the gym on a regular training schedule again and looking forward to wherever life takes me now. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

Great back session in the books! Damn it feels good to be a gangsta....I mean....workout again on equipment and be pushed mentally and physically 💪💪💪I blame Jamie....he had a new 🔥 playlist tonight!
Final two movements from today’s leg session. First time actually using this pendulum power squat machine and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Happy to be back on home turf for the rest of prep, and todays workout/movements is as follows:
- Leg extensions
- Standing calve raises
- Walking lunges
- Dumbbell rdl’s
- Pendulum power squat
- Single leg press
- Standing side laterals (delts)
