📌TIME MANAGEMENT & YOUR GOALS🕡♥️⠀ ⠀ It’s has been proven that time management is one of the most effective skills you can have in life 📆⠀ ⠀ It has been said there is absolutely NO WAY you will reach your goals if you are NOT managing your time well. ⠀ ⠀ Interestingly also every single one of us has the SAME AMOUNT OF TIME as the person next to you.👦🏻⏰👱🏽‍♀️⠀ ⠀ No matter what your situation is like we all have the same amount of time ⚖️⠀ ⠀ And I’m sure you can agree with me it’s not about “how much” time we have it’s about “how effectively we manage it” 🔭⠀ ⠀ 🧨WAYS TO HELP WITH TIME MANAGEMENT: ⠀ ⠀ 💡DIARY - I’m a big believer in having a diary and recording all your things in there. ⠀ You don’t realise how much you actually have on your plate until it’s all in front of you written down, that way you can assess your schedule at any time.⠀ ⠀ 💡NO TO BAD HABITS - Eliminate all the bad habits out of your life or at least try to work on it. If you know you’re always running late ,work on it, your time management is obviously crap and something needs to be done if it happens over and over .⠀ ⠀ 💡EXERCISE - I believe fitness plays a huge part in anyone’s success or achieving their goals. The feeling of accomplishment after your work out and the endorphins that are released and that make you feel good for the rest of the day .⠀ ⠀ 💡MAKE TO DO LISTS - I create those on my phone in notes 📝 so handy whenever I think of something there and then I put it in my notes straight away .⠀ ⠀ 💡INSPIRATION/CLEAR MIND - I believe you must know exactly WHAT you want , you must know exactly WHERE you’re heading . No ifs or butts. Today I had a talk with a friend about self-worth. It got me thinking a lot about how I’ve been seeing myself lately. We tend to use the words self-worth and self-value interchangeably. I noticed I allow my value to be determined by my worth. I’m general, having a sense of self-worth means you hold a value to yourself. On the flip side, having value in yourself shows you have found self-worth.⠀ ⠀ As you can see, the line between self-worth/self-value is basically one of the same.⠀ ⠀ I noticed that coming from a middle eastern / Italian background I tend to hold my self-worth based off my accomplishments.⠀ ⠀ I realized today that I tend to push myself a bit TOO hard. ⠀ ⠀ Don’t get me wrong, I believe in the grit & glory. ⠀ ⠀ However, I caught myself saying today, “I feel like I need to do more. Like what am I even doing in life?”⠀ ⠀ GIRL. WHAT AM I DOING?⠀ ☑️ Graduating with a doctorate⠀ ☑️ Finishing up school forever⠀ ☑️ Preparing for my board exams⠀ ☑️ Losing weight and building a health lifestyle⠀ ☑️ Developing a sense of self and independence ⠀ ⠀ I have more than enough “things” to validate myself. However, I shouldn’t find my self-worth and value based on what I have achieved. I need to realize that no matter what I do or where I go, my value does not diminish or change.⠀ ⠀ I am valuable.⠀ I am worthy.⠀ I am me.⠀ ⠀ To anyone struggling to find your “worth” or “value”, step back and realize you already have it! You are an amazing human with endless opportunities.
