Ho sempre creduto nel potere delle parole. spesso, quando proprio non ce la facciamo più e ci sentiamo vicini all’idea di mollare, basta una parola per tirarci su il morale e farci tornare la grinta e la voglia di allenarci. A volte basta davvero crederci! Ecco perchè ho pensato di fare il pieno di parole positive! Di frasi motivazionali da scrivere su un’agenda, incollare allo specchio del bagno, appiccicare al frigo o scarabocchiare sul calendario del tuo workout.
