Way too much screen time Old injury flared up Focus changed to rehabilitation and mobility Lost muscle mass Gained a few pounds 6,000 steps daily Getting better sleep, 8hours Life less hectic Lots of time to speak and catch up with family • In 2010 Harvard study said people spend 47% of their time worrying about things that aren't happening ... and, understandably, are less happy because of it. There’s pros and cons to every situation. What sets it aside is your mindset. Make it work in your favour without comparisons and looking back. Focus on the present and how you can make it work for you.

Quem diria que eu iria gostar de treinar, hein?! Treinar com personal é outra parada, fora que meus treinos são super divertido com elas @personalhericasanches @alinegomesmelo . Ah, e eu achava que a roupa não influenciava tanto nesse bem estar, mas vc se sentir bonita e confortável dá até mais ânimo, por isso agora minhas roupas são da @movlivre_fitness que tem uma qualidade ótima, o tecido é muito bom e tem uma peça mais linda do que a outra! Sabe o que é melhor? Lá vende no atacado, com isso dá pra revender ou vc mesmo comprar com o número de peças necessário e tem um descontão, até pq não dá pra ficar só com 1. 6 x 100kg Hip Thrust 🥳🥳 - This definitely wasn’t an easy process and doesn’t just represent 100kg! When Madi first started we were literally doing 25kg hip thrusts and now she’s pretty much lifting double her body weight. - This is a massive increase and shows how consistent and determined she’s been the whole way through! - This didn’t just come with consistent training but eating MORE. Fuelling your body is SO important when it comes to training. - Madi’s currently on over 2,300 calories which we built up over time and she’s looking better than ever as well as getting so much stronger, such amazing progress 🥰

РАЗМИНКА-я молодой мне не нужна.🤦‍♂️ И так сегодня обсудим важность разминки перед каждой тренировкой. Вроде бы все знают для чего но никто никогда не делает. Оставляя этот пункт тренировки без внимания вы подвергаете риску ваши мышцы,суставы,связки. На мой взгляд ,это не очень разумно 🤷‍♂️ ведь мы все стремимся к спортивному долголетию. И так, для чего же она нужна?Давайте разберём ❗️❗️❗️ РАЗОГРЕТЬ МЫШЦЫ : разогретые мышцы более эластичные,работать с большим весом проще,меньше риск получить травму ПРОИСХОДИТ РАСШИРЕНИЕ СОСУДОВ : За счет чего снижается нагрузка на сердце. Также увеличивается кровоток и наши мышцы получают больше кислорода.  Подготовить ЦНС(центрально нервную систему) к предстоящей работе. РАЗОГРЕВ СУСТАВОВ И СВЯЗОК :При малоподвижном образе жизни, наши суставы теряют свою эластичность. ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ ОТСУТСТВИЯ РАЗМИНКИ ‼️❗️‼️❗️‼️ АРТРИТ:То есть, сустав изнашивается и ухудшается состояние хрящей на концах кости. Все это сопровождается болевыми ощущениями. БУРСИТ: Это воспаление синовиальных сумок, предназначенных для смазывания суставов. Особенно подвержены бурситу локти и плечи.
