Full squat to half way lift
Reverse lunge double pulse
Walk out to push up ladder
Knee drives to should taps
THEN Supersets (all 40sec:10rest x 2)
1. Curtesy lunges + squat pulse
2. Plank dips + comandos
3. Burpees + jump lunges
