SOYA JOWAR ROLLS... 📌Save & Share this easy and healthy Soya Jowar Rolls. Perfect recipe that can be served as lunch, dinner or even as a snack Ingredients : 1. Sunflower Oil 1 tbsp 2. Sliced Onions 1 medium 3. Sliced Bell Peppers 1/2 Cup 4. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp 5. Salt to Taste 6. Soaked Soy Chunks 1 Cup 7. Healthy Flour ( Ragi /Jowar ) 1 Cup 8. Water 9. Spring Onion Greens Method : 1. In Pan add Oil Then add Sliced Onions and Bell Peppers and saute for 2 to 3 Minutes. 2. Add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and Salt to Taste. Mix well and cook for 30 seconds. Add soaked Soy Chunks. Mix well and cook for 4 to 5 Minutes. 3. In another bowl add Ragi /Jowar Flour and water, make a dough. 4. Take a small amount of dough and make chapati out of it. 5. In Chapati spread your favourite chutney or dip, add the Soy Chunks filling, add more dip on top. Garnish with Spring Onion Greens. CUSTARD JELLY SHARBAT... 📌Save and Share this Chilled and Filling drink recipe during this Ramadan. Made with flavourful custard and Jelly made with Agar Agar Strips by @Meronkart . Perfect recipe to beat the heat and it will keep you full. Ingredients : 1. Milk 2 Cups + 2 to 3 tbsp 2. Custard Powder 2 tbsp 3. Soaked Basil /Chia Seeds 3 to 4 tbsp 4. Meron Agar Agar China Strips 4 to 5 Gm 5. Water 2 Cups 6. Sugar 1/3 Cup + 1/4 Cup 7. Rose Essence 1/2 tsp 8. Food colour 1 drop 9. Ice Cubes 7 to 8 10. Chopped Nuts 2 to 3 tbsp 11. Pomegranate Seeds 1/3 Cup Method : 1. In a bowl add Agar Agar Strips and Lukewarm water. Soak it for 10 to 15 Minutes. 2. In a pan add water, Soaked Agar Agar Strips and Sugar. Let it boil until Agar Agar Strips dissolves completely. Then add fruit essence and food colour to add colour and Flavour. 3. Pour it in Mould and refrigerate for 2 hours or until Jelly sets completely. 4. Meanwhile in another pan add Milk and sugar. Boil it. 5. In small bowl mix Custard Powder and 2 to 3 tbsp milk. Make a mixture and add this in milk pan. Stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Let it cool completely. 6. Int same pan now add soaked chia/basil seeds, ice cubes, chopped nuts, Pomegranate Seeds and set Jelly cubes. Mix it well . 6. Serve it chilled in glasses. . .
