Friends! We’ve just opened bookings for the first part of our Game & Forest season (October and November). Bookings are currently available through our website (see link in bio). Please note that most availability is for tables of 4 and larger.
If you plan to travel from outside of Denmark, please note that we expect continued travel restrictions.
If you are unable to find a table on your desired date, please add your information to our waiting list as we use this list frequently. We look forward to welcoming you!
Thanks to everyone who came out to our Friends of Lebanon dinner at Restaurant @barrcph last night. Together with a number of our friends, we raised over 130.000 DKK for the Red Cross Lebanon disaster relief efforts!
For those who couldn’t make it, but would like to contribute, we have just launched an auction to support our good friend Kamal Mouzawak (@kamalmouzawak ) who has set up a fund to rebuild Tawlet and Souk El Tayeb (@soukeltayeb ) Beirut. These organisations are currently operating an emergency kitchen. Money raised will help rebuild the restaurant and farmers market, and will go towards securing the jobs of the many women, farmers, and producers of their community who have been impacted by the blast.
As part of the auction, you can bid on a dinner for four at noma (menu and beverages included) with a one hour visit to our fermentation lab. Wassim Hallal has also kindly donated a table for four (menu and beverages included) to Restaurant Frederikshøj (@frederikshoj ).
This auction is now live and will run for the next two weeks, ending on Sunday, August 30th.
The winning bids will be donated directly to the Tawlet and Souk el Tayeb gofundme campaign. To bid, please see link in bio.
Thank you for your support!
It’s finally mulberry season! Every summer, we wait patiently for the news that this particular mulberry tree is ready for harvest, which is over 300 years old! Our foraging team then heads out to the island of Bornholm for the best sun-kissed mulberries in Denmark. Mulberries are the ultimate summer berry, and these precious beauties are truly the best we’ve ever had.
