recipe (1 bowl)
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter or pb powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
2 scoops chocolate protein from @unicornsuperfoods
1/2 cup cashew or coconut milk
add all of the ingredients into a high-speed food processor or blender and blend on level two until combined. use the tamper to help push all of the ingredients towards the blades. I keep the frozen banana out to thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before blending to help make the blending process smoother. I topped this bowl with coconut flakes and cacao nibs!
watermelon pineapple sorbet🍉🍍
recipe (1 bowl)
1 frozen banana or mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen watermelon
1/2 cup coconut milk
blend all ingredients until smooth and combined. I blend on levels 1-2 while using the tamper to help push ingredients towards the blades. I also let the frozen ingredients thaw for 5 minutes to help quicken the process!
mediterranean chopped salad + banana pepper vinaigrette 🥒🥕🥬
recipe (2 bowls)
2 cups green leaf lettuce
1 cup purple leaf lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
1 mini cucumbers, sliced
1 cup quinoa, cooked + cold
1/4 cup feta
banana pepper vinaigrette:
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white or sweet red wine vinegar
1/4 cup banana pepper juice
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
add all ingredients for the vinaigrette into a mason jar, seal with a lid and shake until combined. pour on top of the salad before serving🥗

1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
optional: vanilla extract and maple syrup for sweetness

freeze bananas and blueberries until solid. frozen fruits allows the smoothie to be super thick and creamy. if you’d like it to be less thick, use non-frozen. combine all of the ingredients into a blender. blend on a low speed and use a tamper to help the ingredients blend though. top with your favorite fruit and add chia seeds, hemp seeds, granola, or coconut flakes to top!

2 cups cooked orzo pasta
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp pine nuts (optional)

1/2 cup olive oil
