chocolate peanut butter shake🍫🥜 recipe (1 bowl) 2 frozen bananas 2 tbsp peanut butter or pb powder 1 tbsp cacao powder 1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder 2 scoops chocolate protein from @unicornsuperfoods 1/2 cup cashew or coconut milk add all of the ingredients into a high-speed food processor or blender and blend on level two until combined. use the tamper to help push all of the ingredients towards the blades. I keep the frozen banana out to thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before blending to help make the blending process smoother. I topped this bowl with coconut flakes and cacao nibs!

watermelon pineapple sorbet🍉🍍 recipe (1 bowl) 1 frozen banana or mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup frozen watermelon 1/2 cup coconut milk blend all ingredients until smooth and combined. I blend on levels 1-2 while using the tamper to help push ingredients towards the blades. I also let the frozen ingredients thaw for 5 minutes to help quicken the process!

mediterranean chopped salad + banana pepper vinaigrette 🥒🥕🥬 recipe (2 bowls) 2 cups green leaf lettuce 1 cup purple leaf lettuce 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced 1/4 cup carrots, chopped 1 mini cucumbers, sliced 1 cup quinoa, cooked + cold 1/4 cup feta banana pepper vinaigrette: 1 cup olive oil 1/4 cup white or sweet red wine vinegar 1/4 cup banana pepper juice 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp ground pepper 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder add all ingredients for the vinaigrette into a mason jar, seal with a lid and shake until combined. pour on top of the salad before serving🥗

blueberry smoothie bowl🫐 . recipe (2 bowls) 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen blueberries 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup coconut milk optional: vanilla extract and maple syrup for sweetness . freeze bananas and blueberries until solid. frozen fruits allows the smoothie to be super thick and creamy. if you’d like it to be less thick, use non-frozen. combine all of the ingredients into a blender. blend on a low speed and use a tamper to help the ingredients blend though. top with your favorite fruit and add chia seeds, hemp seeds, granola, or coconut flakes to top!

birthday cake nice cream🍦 . recipe (1 bowl) 2 cups frozen coconut milk or soy milk ice cubes 1 tbsp cashew butter 1/4 cup crumbled cake or 1 cupcake (can also use birthday cake protein powder) 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla bean paste sprinkles . this is one of the sweetest nice cream recipes that I love to make! using actual cake in the recipe adds that perfect flavor. to make frozen coconut milk cubes, pour a can of full-fat coconut milk into an ice cream tray and freeze overnight. blend the cubes together with the rest of the ingredients until smooth. top with sprinkles!
