Why do YOU roast your own coffee?
For most of us here at CBC, it’s because there’s no equal when it comes to variety. It’s nearly impossible to have access to dozens of different origins and farms when you’re buying at the grocery store. Or even sometimes at your local roastery.
For flavor nerds like us, it’s so thrilling to taste the chocolate bar coffees from Mexico, and then take a sip of a wildly earthy Javan bean, and then brew a tamarind-y tart coffee from Burundi - there’s no “Donut Shop” coffee pod like it!
But what about you!? What gets you firing up your roaster?!
