Here’s what I did though👇🏾
✅ Drink 1 gallon of water every single day
✅ 20 minute jog before strength training
✅ 20 minute walk after strength training
✅ Didn’t drink any alcohol
✅ Only ate in the house
✅ Daily weigh in and weight track
✅ Write workouts out in a notebook instead of notes app
✅ Take weekly progress photo
✅ Walk 10,000+ steps daily

I also was rigid with my nutrition. It’s not easy. But you gotta do it whatever it takes to make change if you really want results.
What I ate was very boring and very redundant, but very effective.
Because I kept it so simple, I was able to stay consistent day after day.
Which is key for staying fit.

I was supposed to give you an update after March 30. But the 8 week mark was fitting so I decided to today. Will still give you another update.
Man, this one felt good. I ain’t even gon front. This was from last night after the Thanksgiving games.
When I tell you…you just never know who’s watching, or what impact you’re making, I mean it.
People say this kind of stuff to me often, but still. Being acknowledged in a conversation between 2 of the best athlete personalities ever…it’s cool man.

- the comfort if you want to grow your confidence
- certain foods and alcohol if you want to be healthy
- the random girls if you want a solid woman
- the sleep and the fun if you want to grow your business
- and so and so on..
Good luck trying to achieve all of the things you want out of life without giving anything up.
Sometimes the one thing you afraid to give up is the biggest factor in change.
