If you don’t know his work, I sincerely recommend reading “The Happiness Trap”. Some are easy and happen without us wanting them to (e.g. scrolling on the phone) others, can feel impossible to set up. ⁠ ⁠ A personal share, invoicing will NEVER ever be habitual for me, even though you would imagine it's rewarding as i get paid after doing it. Share your thoughts with me in the comments.⁠ ⁠ I actually love what chat gpt and other AI applications offer but I hate the language of urgency culture and grind culture. ⁠And I hate when it is used as a sales tactic. ⁠ I realise this is perhaps a slightly different note from my usual posts but it still ties clearly into my main aim, which is to help people create habits that help them feel well, happy, and thriving, and to help people get out of their own way. ⁠ ⁠ Urgency culture is the ultimate trap that makes us get in our own way.
