PILSNER BEER FRIED CHICKEN TENDERS!! What's Thursday without a little #TB ! These are so moist but that beer crunch is BEAUTIFUL! Give them a go!! 4 INGREDIENTS👇🏻 240g Flour Bottle @portobellobrewing PILSNER or any IPA 2 eggs beaten with 50ml water Seasoning: onion salt, garlic salt, paprika, black pepper and NANDO'S SALT * Set aside 1/3 flour and whisk together the remaining 160g with beer and beaten eggs. Season the batter to taste. Try the Nandos salt it's GREAT * Dredge chicken tenders in flour and then dip in batter. * Deep-fry the tenders in 375° F oil until deep golden brown. * Drain on paper towels, season well with sea salt and serve with your favorite dipping sauce - I've got CHIPOTLE MAYO, FRY SAUCE and BBQ! #tomsbigeats #partnership
