I had every excuse to keep using the pill, unsure how my body would react without it. But one day, I realized there’s never a ‘right time.’ I didn’t want to wait until I was ready to get pregnant and then shock my body. Switching to the @naturalcycles app became the best decision I’ve made. I learned that what I thought was my period was actually withdrawal bleeding. Realizing I hadn’t experienced a true menstrual cycle in over a decade made me pause and think. I wanted a deeper connection with my body, to understand how my cycle affects me mentally and physically, and to respond to my body’s needs in each phase. I realized I had only known myself on the pill, starting from a young age. I recognized that hormonal birth control had been altering my natural hormone levels. I need your advice! Do you like the somewhat talking ‘Get Ready with Me’ videos like this one, or are you more into the aesthetic ones? Still figuring out how to incorporate more relatable content! My posts tend to lean towards the “perfect highlight reel” side, not truly showing the everyday, relatable me. I share all the unfiltered, normal stuff in my stories, but at the end of the day, I just want to inspire and motivate you all to be the best version of yourselves. Would love to hear your feedback/thoughts! 🙌🏻

Try my no bake PB Chocolate Protein balls - same delicious taste, way healthier! @hitechpharma No Bake Chocolate Protein bites: Ingredients: 1/4 cup @hitechpharma chocolate protein powder 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup or pure honey 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips – because extra chocolate never hurts A dab of melted coconut oil ( very little) Chill in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or dive in right away!
