Finally feeling like myself again and that my body is on the right track to recover from pregnancy/labor. I’m so thankful and proud of myself that I was able to push myself but also listen to my body through those months when it came to staying active. Most days I was tired and really didn’t feel like going to the gym or go for a walk, but I found a good balance between workouts and rest. Now I’m so happy I kept my body strong, so I can carry my little boy (that will only get heavier - so I got to keep up 😅💪🏼).

Days with him 🐻🫶🏼 He really loves being close to me in the baby carrier so we are spending a lot of time outdoors going for cozy walks 🥰 I know I’m not posting as frequently as before, but spending time being present with this little one is sometimes more important to me 🤍 Trying to find the right balance of work/posting, staying healthy with training/food/sleep, chores at home and taking care of a newborn isn’t always the easiest, but I’m slowly getting there ☺️🫶🏼

Looking back at my pregnancy journey - started taking these on week 20 (since there were no point before that because you could barely tell I was pregnant) and last one was taken on week 39 - and I gave birth 2 days after. I think the pregnancy started off really tough emotionally, but as soon as we heard his little heartbeats for the first time and knew he was doing good in there - I could finally start enjoying my pregnancy. I never took anything for granted and was just hoping every day would continue like that, as I’m very aware it could quickly turn to the worse with different complications. After all the surgeries I’ve been through in my life I’m so thankful that my pregnancy journey was a positive one. The birth was waaay tougher haha. I’m so impressed with myself and all the amazing superwomen out there that has gone through all of this 🫶🏼
